About SKY
Sky Anne Theis grew up on the east coast of Florida, taking her camera to film the beach goers and tourists at every opportunity. Coming from a family of pilots, she traveled Europe later in life where her love of storytelling across cultures blossomed. After hearing others’ stories in hostels and creating some for herself, Sky returned to study filmmaking at FSU’s College of Motion Picture Arts. There she grew fond of the stories told through spaces and objects and learned to help others tell their stories through collaboration, hard work, and emotional connection.
Now she is learning and creating with others in NYC, and attempting to continue her work in the art and film industry.
